1. About JetWash Planner

JetWash Planner ("the Service", "we", "us") is a business management application designed for external cleaning businesses. By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in order to use the Service. By using JetWash Planner you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription & Billing

JetWash Planner is offered on a subscription basis at £12.99 per month. New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe (web) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS).
You may cancel at any time from the Settings page within the app.
Cancellation takes effect immediately — no partial-month refunds are provided.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.
Use the Service in any way that could damage or impair its availability.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all customer, job, and business data you enter into JetWash Planner. We store this data to provide the Service and do not sell it to third parties. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep JetWash Planner available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect availability. We will not be liable for any loss arising from downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JetWash Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service — including software, design, branding, and content created by us — remains our property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
